THE MODEL

The Team Elements Model is proprietary and unlike any other team coaching model available. Made up of four lenses that depict crucial team developments metrics, the model equips participants to discover which of these specific behaviors contribute to their success or failure.

The Team Elements Models helps to create a shared language to understand team dynamics, quickly pinpoint the team's most important strengths and weaknesses across all aspects of team effectiveness, and benchmark measures for future progress.

THE METHODOLOGY

Team Elements incorporates a research-based model, skillfully facilitated dialogue, targeted coaching, and real-time action planning to empower teams to identify, define, and take ownership of a plan that honors their unique qualities and situation.

 

With Team Elements there is no judgment based on artificial standards of some idealized team archetype. Instead, a focus on the radical uniqueness of the team at hand and the constellation of people who create this ecosystem. Every outcome and action plan is unique. This approach yields hidden insights that create a roadmap for improving the Team’s effectiveness.

Team Elements app provides a quick and convenient way to engage Team members, share valuable insights and conduct check-ins to monitor progress. The app can be used on any device – phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop – across all operating systems. Team members use the app to provide their input about the team’s most important strengths and weaknesses.

 

Participants complete the Team Elements survey in five minutes or less using the app. Instant reports of the aggregate data provide clear, actionable insights to help you have a meaningful dialogue about how your team can be more effective.

ORSC

Systems Coaching - ORSC

Every relationship system has its own personality. When human beings work together forming a partnership or team, the result is greater than the sum of the parts. In systems coaching we call it the third entity – that which is only created through the relationship itself. Think of the Beatles (or any band you like). Together they are more than John, Paul, George and Ringo – they are the band known as the Beatles only through the creative collaboration of the group as a whole. Systems coaching seeks to support this third entity of relationships.

WHAT IS ORSC?

ORSC stands for Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching. Scott Bruce is an ORSC certified coach. We have found that this approach leads to increased collaboration and team effectiveness. When the third entity is healthy and thriving the team and/or partnership thrives.

FOUNDATIONS + PRINCIPLES

Our coaching fosters growth and we firmly believe that every relationship system is naturally intelligent, generative, and creative. Moving through conflict (or conflict avoidance) to a state that supports diverse perspectives, and the healthy conflict of creativity, teams and partnerships can be more innovative and effective in their endeavors. By facilitating access to the voices of a system we support deeper levels of team member engagement.
